Human Ressources and Administration Manager
Halkorb RH, seeks on behalf of its customer, a leading logistic compny, a Human Ressources and Administration Manager.
Missions :
- Design a selection policy and assist Head of Departments to complete all phases of the recruitment, selection and staffing in the terminal
- Define long-term objectives regarding staffing and organization developmental needs in coordination with CEO and Head of Departments (Compensation Strategy, Employee Benefit & Welfare Program, Human Resource Administration Strategy)
- Define and ensure implementation of employee performance management system, including performance measures, performance feedback, career management, coaching, and mentoring linked to an objective reward system
- Prepare budget for activities in HR and Administration
- Ensure that there is effective coordination between Head of Departments and HR & Administration Team
- Ensure optimal relationship between company and government entities
- Manage the department’s internal financial, administrative, and personnel activities
- Ensure better working conditions for staff
- Perform periodical scheduled performance review with reporting personnel
- Any other work deemed fit for structuring of tasks and goals, to achieve high productivity with efficient utilisation of labour
- Plan, monitor and analyse MIS reports
- Establish and maintain performance criteria (KPIs)
- Maintain healthy relation with external entities like government authorities
- Maintain constant communication with direct and indirect reporting staff
- Ensure compliance with HSE policy
Profil :
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, preferable: advanced study in Management
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll Systems
- Languages: English, French or Arabic fluent – Written, spoken and reading
