IT Coordinator
Halkorb RH, seeks on behalf of its customer, a medical equipment company, an IT Coordinator.
Key responsibilities:
- The IT Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day work of the team members
- IT Coordinator in Global Support is responsible for supporting the business and the fulfillment of the Global IT Support KPI´s. This include well performing IT services, ad-hoc related IT field support tasks as well as ongoing support of IT service offerings
- IT Coordinator ensures efficient daily operations and continuous process improvements within the team in close cooperation with the Global Support organisation and local IT management
Missions :
- Ensure that all incidents and requests are handled professionally and per published procedures, standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high level of attention to details
- Performance monitoring by review weekly and monthly statistics and taking ownership of and follow-through high priority case
- Coordinate incident escalations and workload balancing between team members and between other Global Support Teams in coordination with Global Support
- Ensure efficient communication with Global Support to secure knowledge sharing and optimisation of the day-to-day work
- Ensuring continuously improving and reviewing of IT processes in cooperation with Global Support
- Ensuring that training material, support information, technical issues and guidelines are properly documented and updated regularly in agreed containers
- Continuously keeping yourself and the team updated on new implementations, documentation and process updates
- During Global Support meetings sharing knowledge, ideas and gathering input for proactive actions
- Ensure sufficient coverage of watch schedules in the team and coordinate adequate support coverage during holidays, illnesses etc -in case of major shortage, contact IT Manager
- Acting as role model for the rest of Global Support
- Support and maintain Global IT standards, guidelines and policies
- End user support and client computing. Support, troubleshooting and error correction on IT infrastructure components e.g. Server, network, telephony and local lines
- Maintain local IT training plans reflecting Global IT training guidelines as well as the local business needs
- Coordination and support of external IT service providers in the company
- Communicate relevant IT information to the local business
Profile :
- Undergraduate or master degree in ICT- computer sciences or similar
- At least 5 years of work experience in ICT
- Have a professional and open minded approach when collaborating in all levels within the organisation
- Strong English skills, written and spoken
- Service minded – the ability to provide “that little extra”
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network services, IT service Management processes and IT governance principles
- Good communication skills
- Confident with end user support and client computing
