IT Operations Manager

Key responsibilities :

People Management, Infrastructure Management, System Implementation & Management, Service Delivery Management, Support, Training, Compliance, Security, Budget, Procurement

Missions :

Manage direct report, and ensure that their job description, individual development plan and performance goals are consistent with the goals of the organisation

Manage the IT budget

Manage IT infrastructure ensuring optimal operations and security

Manage IT systems and services through their lifecycles

Develop and refine operation and maintenance procedures

Ensure that appropriate disaster recovery procedures are in place and up to date

Deliver new IT systems and services in line with business needs, including the relevant rollouts from global projects

Regularly review IT SLA and ensure KPIs are met

Ensure that the organisation is provided with an appropriate level of IT support and training

Support and interface with IT & Automation responsibles in the Production area

Setup and rollout hardware to users

Ensure continued compliance with IT standards, local laws and regulations

Manage relationships with external vendors
